The girls spent a week in New York City and they just loved it. Here are a few pictures of them.

We took a two night trip with the Holy Spirit Church group to Coushatta Casino in Kinder, Louisiana. We had rain all the way there and all the way back since the tropical storm was in the area. That did not stop us from having a good time”

Going through Lake Charles…
We arrived at the Casino and the rain persists. We are hoping to come back through her at the beginning of July. If Manuel is feeling good enough to travel, we will make a road trip with Manuel Jr and the girls as they travel to Florida for a week. We are hoping to make this trip with them.
We made a reservation at the Seven Clans Hotel here and will plan on having fun with the girls at the water park.

The Demontrond Travelers and WWWs were at a rally in Ingram TX and Janet Lambe, Phil and Gisele Roberts drove to San Antonio to visit with us. We had a great visit. We went to Dinner and then came back to visit here at the house. Thank you for making the time to visit with us.
While Lari was at summer camp with the Church, Arianna spent some time with us. We spent some fun time at the playground.
It is always so much fun to have the girls with us. Love it!
Manuel is just checking out this wagon. He made it many years ago, maybe 15 years ago.

Today, Sunday, we decided to go into Boerne and just spend the day. Larissa and Arianna were all for it.
Our first stop was at the Snow cone booth. Yummy! It is a beautiful day out, nice and sunny and NO RAIN!
We walked all the shops and then some….

Jac’s is Janet Lambe’s and My favorite store! We always seem to find some stuff to buy there! Now, it is also Arianna and Larissa’s store! Love it!
After we walked all up one side of Main and down the other side of Main Street, we were ready for something to eat! We drove to the Soda Pop and they had some great burgers and shakes! We are watching the view from inside the burger joint.
Boerne is such a nice little town….maybe not so little anymore as it is really growing!!

On Friday, I picked up Larissa and we headed to Wilderness Oak to have lunch with Arianna. She had ordered What-a-Burger with a Chocolate Shake. Lari and I ordered our lunch too and we also took Ms. Acosta, Arianna’s teacher a Chocolate Shake. We had a great lunch with Arianna and her two friends.
Love spending time with these girls! Friday is the last day of school for Arianna and Larissa has been out for two weeks now. Looking forward to a great summer with these two little ones….not so little anymore!
We attended Lari’s end of school Ceremony. She looked beautiful and so so so grown up! Where has time gone?!
Lari is officially a 7th Grader. Arianna still has a couple of weeks to go at school.
Lari is a member of the Corp and she truly enjoys ROTC.
This ceremony was for 6th, 7th, and 8th Grades.
The Chapel was full of family and friends. Very nice ceremony for the 8th Graders moving on to High School.
