It has been a couple of weeks since the WWWs met in San Marcos but I am just now catching up on posting on my blog. We had a great time and loved that we only traveled about 40 miles. For some reason, I did not take very good nor many pictures.
The weather was cool but the days were sunny. It does not matter what the weather is like, we always have a great time.
Manuel is on the way to Janet’s coach to install the cabinet door he repaired. She had a mishap when she opened her slide (the damn door got in the way!!). He did a pretty good job.
The wood workers (Joe and George) check it out! I guess they approved.
They pose for me as I had been taking the pictures from inside our coach.
The Ladies were huddled so I went out and took their picture. Wonder what plans they have for the Day! I guess it is the Outlet Mall which is only a few miles away….or Camping World which is also a few miles away! Maybe both!
Janet brings out her new camping world chair….NICE!
She let Manuel try it out first…. Oh, yea! It is very comfy!
While some went shopping others just lounged around. Nice sunny day!
Friday night was Hobo Stew night. We all pitched in ingredients and the Host Team (Masons, Roberts, & Pettigrews) did the cooking. Alan, sure like the outfit! The stew was great and they made so much, they did not know what to do!
George W., George F., Mary, Pat, Janet and Joe enjoy their time together.
Lily (she was so cute all weekend), Bess and Pete are ready for stew…
We celebrated The Prez’ Birthday! May you have many many more, George.
Saturday morning. we started the progressive breakfast with the Mimosas at the Lambe Coach. mmmmmmm good!
Hosts are Janet and Sharon…great job, Girls!
The morning is pretty cool but nobody complained about the iced mimosas!!!
Some folks just had the OJ…
Time to move on to the Franklin Coach….
The Franklins, Bechards, & Stolis served Biscuits, Sausage & Gravy. It was all good! Great Job, Guys!
Next stop is the Roberts Coach where they and The Paytons had Bacon….bunch of bacon! Warm and Crispy!
Very Good, Guys!
We will now have egg casseroles prepared by the Masons and Pettigrews! These were just delicious!
We all dug in and they were gone!
Next stop was for Grits prepared by the Welchs and Liebels. They were also delicious!
Fruit Salads was served at our last stop … salads prepared by Hollis and Esparzas. Always room for fruit!
Lily is enjoying her salad….
After all our breakfast stops, we then headed to the clubhouse for Warm Coffee!
Some went shopping, some played games and others went for a nap! Great morning!
Where is Ray going is such a hurry!
We had an awesome week at the WWW Rally in San Marcos! Plans are to come here again, pretty nice park.
So long to all and until next time! Be safe!!
