Easter Week

Manuel decided that he would put a For Sale sign on his wagon this week....and he had a buyer within an hour of placing the sign on it.   We bought two of these wagons in Monterrey, Mexico about 8 years ago.  He has one more to sell.....

The guys that bought the wagon lives in this neighborhood so he hauls the wagon off....

On Thursday, we went over to spend the night with Larissa and Arianna.   We boiled some eggs and started our egg coloring.   They had so much fun!

Friday morning, we headed out to my mother's place.  We took the girls in their pajamas as it was pretty early.  They enjoy their breakfast.....

Mom sure enjoys the girls when they come over.

Grandpa sits outside as the girls ride their bikes and skate board.  They had a great time. Lari rides Arianna's bike.   She has really outgrown this bike but she likes to ride it anyway.

Later, the Residents of the complex celebrate Easter.  We join Mom and everyone is happy and enjoying this Good Friday event.

San Antonio City Councilwoman, Delicia Herrera makes a visit to the Center and brought everyone an Easter box filled with goodies.  She and her staff visited with everyone.

My niece, Rita and her family from Brownsville came in to visit Mom today.   They joined the festivities.   Larissa, Arianna and Arianna enjoyed the party.

There was a lot of food and desserts at this party.....

We head back home and the girls enjoy the rest of the evening.   They do not get tired of playing...

We had promised Lari and Arianna that we would take them to Sea World on Saturday so after dropping off the cousins at Mom's, we headed to Sea World.   It was cloudy and cool today.   We bundle them up and are off to have some fun.....

Then we head out to the Sesame Street show. It was wonderful. The girls loved it and we had front row seats!

Then we head out to the Shamu Show, Believe!   Wonderful show, too.   The girls have a great time.

Someone is tired so we are headed to drop them off at their house.

This is right outside the park.   We are all tired but we will make this a weekly outing!   They enjoyed the Day and so did we. 

Today, Easter Sunday, we arrived at Lari and Arianna's at about noon.  The Easter Bunny heads out to hide eggs while I entertain the girls inside......

The egg hunt begins.....They are having a wonderful time.   They are so excited that the Easter Bunny came.

Lari visits with Nicole, her neighbor thru the hole in the fence.   Nicole is very excited telling Lari that her mom is going to have a baby.

Then they search the front yard to see if the Bunny left any eggs there.....

The Bunny was good.....she left more eggs in the front yard.

They sit and inventory their findings.....some had money in them!

We all sit and relax as the girls enjoy their day.  

The neighbors invite Lari over for their Lemonade sale.   They did pretty good.   Their earnings were about  $1.50 each.  They had quite a few customers.....

We had a great weekend with the girls.   These are such special times! Hope everyone had a Happy Easter!!
