We left home on Wednesday afternoon and drove to Brenham where we spent the night at Wal-Mart. We woke up early and drove the rest of the way to Cut N Shoot. Charlie co-pilots while Manuel Drives.
Going through Lake Conroe…the lake water level is much higher than the last time we went through here.
This area is so beautiful!
We were the first ones here for this rally.
As Manuel went in to register, I went out to take pics.
We are all set up and waiting for others to arrive.
This side of the park is empty, except for us.
Okay, our partner, Janet Lambe, is here!
Charlie and I walk the area. It is so nice out here.
Joe and Janet have arrived, too. This is what we do best at these rallies. Sitting around thinking of where we will eat is what we do second best.
We were so excited to see each other, Janet left key in ignition and finally realized the battery was dead….
So the guys all huddle to get the car back running.
Janet is thinking “are they working on it or are they just looking at it!!”
We had a great day here at Cut N Shoot with great friends!
