We spend a day at Morgan’s Wonderland. Arianna had been here on a school trip and wanted to go back so we did. This park is a father’s inspiration for his little daughter. This San Antonio Home Builder had this park built for people with special needs. This has been a very popular park for people of all ages and needs. The “Taking Flight” statue is beautiful and it is huge.
A little about Morgan….
These are markings of visitors from all of the United States and also other countries.
Beautiful artwork through out the park….
We decided to ride the train to get an idea of the different areas of the park. We were the first ones at the park and the first ones and the only ones on the train.
Morgan’s Wonderland is right next to the Toyota Field. This is where the San Antonio Scorpions Soccer Team plays.
On to the next area. Even though it was early, it was very hot out.

More fun at the remote control pirate ships….
We found Pickles here. Pickles was a parrot that Lari and Arianna had when they were very young. One day, Pickles flew the coop and we had been looking for him ever since. We even took Pickles on a camping trip with us one time.

The jeep ride was fun. Lari is a really good driver! Watch out Mom & Dad, she will soon be ready for a car!
Arianna was a good driver, too but she was a little distracted with Grandpa & camera!!
The carousel rides were neat. We rode about 4 times on different animals….
The Butterfly was walking around and the girls pose with her.
And they dance with the Butterfly!!!
Arianna is part monkey, I think.
On to the Water Works…. Time to cool of, Grandma accidently splashes them…
On to Fishing! The fish ate the bait as soon as the line was dropped in the water! No catch today!
Last thing we did was play in the sand.
On the way out of the park, we take one more picture by the statue. We have had such a great time here.
Arianna rushes off to the car with Grandpa and I take a picture of Lari at the exit.
She is ready to get out of the heat! On home to take a bath!!!
