Larissa invited us to Grandparents Day at the Texas Military Institute where she attends the 7th Grade. We gladly attended. Here a few of the pictures I took.
Just as we were parking, Lari met us on her way to the library. Awesome surprise!
She went on to the Library and we headed to the cafeteria to begin our day…
They had a table of pastries, coffee, juices and fruit so we had a nice start. We enjoyed the presentations put on by the staff and also presentations of some students. They told us of their experiences at this awesome school.
The Panther Band played. Great tunes!
After all that, it was time for lunch with our Grandchild! We headed to the Gym where they had a beautiful set up. I forgot to take pictures there. oops! Was having too good of a time with My Lari.
We then took turns taking pictures with Lari’s friend, Jessica and her Grandparents.
Lari and Jessica….. Then back outdoors to get ready for our campus tour…
Manuel waits for the driver and I take pictures as we wait.
We leave the girls behind as we head for the campus tour…Beautiful campus and hill country!
Very handsome young men…

The rest are pictures on campus….Beautiful place. Oh, forgot to mention that we live right across the Interstate 10. Love it being so close to us.

Grandpa is tired but he made it okay. I had a great time. Always love to be around our Granddaughters!
