We picked up Larissa and Arianna at 10 am on Monday and they were anxiously waiting. They are excited to be on the road again.
We are excited to have them with us for a few days.....
We had a 47 mile drive to Canyon Lake....beautiful hill country.
oops! Wide load coming...
We have arrived at the Fort Sam Houston/Canyon Lake facility.
We got a really nice spot facing the lake....
it has been overcast and a little cool, at least Arianna thinks so.
The girls are ready for some fishing so off we go.
We drive past the beach area, and yes, they want to go there after fishing.
and past the marina.
This is a long fishing pier....
They are trying really hard to catch something....
Charlie is a little bored and wants to take a nap....
No catch so off we go to the beach area. They will not get in the water since it is cool out.
We go past the small cabins....nice area.
More to come.....we got a lot done today. Fun! Fun! Fun!
