I had not posted any pics since our return from our rally…Boy! I am so behind again…Trying to catch up and remember what all we have been doing. I do know we have been pretty busy.
We had a good hour drive from Ingram to Ft. Sam…
We have arrive to what will be home for the next month….Fort Sam Houston; it is also home to many, many Military Veterans. We entered the gate via the National Cemetery. We are so thankful every time we enter this place. This will also be our resting place one day!
Every time we drive through here, there are several funerals going at the same time.
It is a very beautiful resting place.
Right across the National Cemetery, there is a beautiful golf course. Here too, there are always players on this beautiful course. Rain or shine.
I got this picture too late but there are bunches of soldiers waiting to be transported. They have all their belongings with them….
We entered the RV Park. This is a pretty nice park. It has nice spaces and full hook-ups.
When we parked, we got a lot of rain, much welcomed rain.
Off we went to pick up Larissa and Arianna for a weekend with us. I had bought them some Jacks. They had never played so I taught them how to play. They enjoyed the game. In a couple of hours, they could pick up all jacks in one hand.
I had not played Jacks in a bunch of years, so it was a lot of FUN!
We enjoyed the girls a whole lot.
We played hide and seek and guess where Arianna hid….
then Larissa….
We are enjoying our time at this park.
