Adela and I decided we would take a walk along the beach. This hotel is right on the beach. It is a very nice place. We headed up through the sidewalk.
It is so pretty out. We walked on the sand for a good while.
We spotted this on the water and thought at first it was a jelly fish but it looks weird.
We spotted this playground and all I could think of is our granddaughters.
Along our walking trail was this retired Blue Angel on display.
There was an event going on here.
A Naval Plane in flight….
We are now on the Boardwalk… We found a restroom along the way so that we could wash off the sand so we could put our shoes back on.
It is a beautiful afternoon. It is nice and cool. There are several people walking/running in this area.
A nice old building…
Our goal on this walk was to reach the ship we can see ahead. Comadre was ready to give up on me. I talked her into keeping on.
Okay, this was as far as we are allowed. No one is permitted past this point.
We measured this route later and we figured we had walked about 5 miles. I will admit that I was sore the next day but really enjoyed the walk.
