Flight To Hilo - The Big Island To See Volcano

We took a Hawaiian flight into the Big Island to take in the sights of an active volcano.  We left at 5 am and returned at 11 pm.  It was a fun filled day.  It was full of beautiful sights and adventures.  We had a great tour guide, too.  It was an hour flight

When we arrived at Big Island, we were greeted by this beautiful rainbow.  We missed the rain.

We are in Hilo - The Big Island

 We had our Helicopter Pilot waiting for us when we arrived.  I was a little nervous about but this was actually a great ride.  It was awesome.

We are right over the volcano.  We could see the fire clearly.  Wow!

The Lava is seen streaming down into the ocean!

We are taken to different parts of town.  Made a stop a this nice park.

We were taken to the lava burned areas.  This used to be a road, but now covered with lava.

This  is an awesome area.  Amazing views!
