This morning we got up early, had breakfast at Flying J and then hit the road homebound. The skies were still full of rain clouds. The drizzle continued all the way along the road. These beautiful stars are at the Texas Stateline.
A colorful shopping center in El Paso...
The drizzle continues...
A poor hitchhiker.....boy or girl?
The Pecan Orchards....
Yep, I finally took the wheel and drove a few miles since we were on IH 10. I got pretty good reviews but I was told I drove the shoulder solid white line (Like someone from Victoria) as truckers were passing me. No, I am not ready to get my license. Not bad driving this huge RV, though. I will try it again when we are on IH 10 where it is pretty much a straight road.
Back on the passenger seat doing what I do best....taking pictures.
A mural....on the overpass.
Another pecan orchard.
another mural.
Then I got to admiring the beautiful clouds as the sky cleared for a few minutes.
The rain clouds are moving in again.
We have arrived in Ozona and will camp out at the Economy Inn and RV Park.
Tomorrow, we should be getting home. We are about 215 miles away.
