Tribute to George Lambe

I could not get myself motivated to post any of my pictures since George passed.  I want to share these pictures as we all want to remember This Great Friend.

We traveled to far away places last fall and had some great times.  This was at the last rally we attended at Cut N shoot.

The Lambes, Roberts and Esparzas hosted this Rally.  Firing up the pits....

We had so many happy times!

As President of The Lone Star Allegros, he presented Richard Brinlee, Outgoing President, with a gift.

Following Pappy, The Lambe Coach, on our last trip together.  We were leaving WinStar Casino for a Rally at Burleson, TX.

The High Rollers Entertain The Seniors

Yesterday I left my camera at the coach so I made sure I had it today.  Winstar Casino offered a wonderful breakfast and great entertainment for Senior Citizens.  Here are some pictures.  This event was from 7:30 am to 10:30.  It was wonderful!  Enjoy the pictures.

Couples danced as we did, too.  Great music...makes you want to dance this early in the morning!

The old guys just had a great time and Stephanie gave them the satisfaction of dancing with them!

After the event, Manuel talks to her and she says no one has ever taken pictures.  She gave us her email address so I will mail her these pictures.

We are having a great time!  Have only won enough to keep playing but nonetheless, having a great time!

Arkansas to Thackerville, OK

We left Bob & JoAnn Srutka at the Springhill Park in Fort Smith, Arkansas at about 8:30 a.m.  On The Road Again.....

Manuel is happy to be on the road again.... 

 

Only a few miles and we are in Oklahoma and on the road to WinStar Casino in Thackerville, OK.

Over the rivers and lakes....

This area reminds me of our travels to Key West, Florida.

Almost there.....

We have arrived.  It is about 2 pm....

 

This is a nice park....last time we were here, we were with George & Janet Lambe.   Sure miss seeing them.

We got 4 days compt here but may only stay 2 or 3.  Anxious to see our Girls!!

Larissa and Arianna, we should see you both on Friday!  Come spend the night with us....
