We got an early start out of Ingram this morning. We were on the road by 8 am.
Nice lonely drive except for the pretty hills and some tarantulas trying to cross the highway....
Manuel is so happy to be on the road for a while.....so am I!
saw many nice wind mills....
This Allegro Bus had a guitar sign on the door and on the back it had "George Tribute.com" will have to look who it might be.
The oil business is big up here....

We made a quick lunch stop in Pecos, Home of the World's First Rodeo....
Back on our drive thru the desert....
How would you like to live in the middle of the Texas desert? Not me!!!
We are now out of Texas and in to New Mexico....
Many many oil rigs....
Love, New Mexico is a nice little town with a lot of old, old stuff....
Passing through Love, we saw fields and fields of what looked like lavender....
We stopped really early for the night in Carlsbad.....not a bad drive and Manuel felt good.
Tomorrow, we will head out early....more to come.
