Antonito is a very small town but nice to visit. We went sight seeing today and enjoyed our visit there.
An old wagon on the rocks at the VFW....
The Courthouse...
Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church is beautiful. We stopped and visited....
We asked favor for the healing of all our family and Friends and lit candles.... A statue of Antonito, must be, could not find anything on it.
A mural at the high school....
Another church and murals painted by a Vietnam Veteran on the towers....
All this work is the work of a Vietnam Veteran....
Back to the downtown area....
It looks like construction was begun on this church but it was never completed....
There is a cemetery in the background....
A very old, old building.
We stopped to view the RV Park where we are staying from the road above....we are parked between the two cabins on the right.
A zoomed view....
John and Linda's coach by the river, too.
Next we will head out to Chama, New Mexico which is about 25 miles away, the other way.
