Today we attended the 1st Annual EXIT Realty Annual Picnic held at The Vineyard Pool House. We had a great time. The girls are greeted with a great big hug....

Ed was a good promoter. The karaoke Lady did a really good job....
Jacob, Melody, Josh, Julia, Lari, Arianna, Manuel and I had a nice time at this gathering. Jacob Aleman is my nephew who also works for EXIT Realty.
He was one of the competitors on the EXIT Idols contest. He WON Second Place. I really thought he should have won 1st. Great singing Jacob!

Then they had The Frozen Tee Shirt Contest. I think these were in dry ice; it took them about an hour to unwrap these tee shirts.
Boy, these guys are all so competitive! They worked hard on this project.
Yep, he was the winner! My Son, Manuel. Great job, Son!
I wondered if this guy was as good a realtor as he was a dancer.....
After he and Rick cooked, He finally sits down enjoy a hamburger. Food was good.
