Friday morning they begin continental breakfast at 7:30. I slept until 8 am and then headed to the large activity center. It is really cold and wet today. It rained most of the morning and stopped right before we got to the hall.
Everyone heads back to their coaches. The wind is cooooold! The high right now at 5 pm is 43 degrees!
At noon we went to lunch at Bevers again. About 18 of us got together and had a wonderful lunch. On the way back to the RV Park, we made a stop at Chappell Hill Sausage....this is a meat market, restaurant and they have a gift shop....
It is located on 290 and Sausage Lane!
We check out the meats, sausage and the Kolaches.....decisions decisions....
These three little pigs hang out with the mom hoping they get to be as old as their mom.....
They have some really nice Christmas tree ornaments.
Back at the Red Oak Ranch RV Park, we gather to play some games....
George won the first game....and he is the dealer!
Some of the people left but some of us stayed to play a second game of cards. Janet won the 2nd game!
At 5:30 pm, we gather again for dinner. This is a catered dinner.
Everyone enjoys the meal.
We get ready to play some Bingo.
Looks like George and Alan count the money collected......Margaret looks on.
George Franklin is our Bingo caller. He does a good job calling....his wife always wins! haha
The guys are enjoying the game.
Lee, on the right, was a winner. He and Marge were guests tonight. They will join this club.
These are all the Bingo winners for the night, except for George, who called the Bingo.
Tomorrow, they have breakfast at 7:30 again. We will see what time we make it over there. It is super cold and windy. It is almost 10 pm and it is 37 degrees. It is predicted to get down to 30 tonight.
