Today we took a drive into several small towns close to Columbia Falls. Again, a really nice drive.
The Flathead River runs thru this area.
Whitefish is a small mountain town....
We drove about 6 miles thru this mountainous area....
Kalispell is a bigger town. We did some Wal-Mart shopping here then headed into the Historic District...
We had lunch here....
Drove another six miles and found Somers... very small town but real nice.
There are several people out in the water at Flathead Lake....it is pretty cold water!

Another 10 miles back on another road to Columbia Falls....
We came up to this beautiful ranch with white fencing...
As we drove by we saw this and had to return to read it....

Back on the road enjoying the big ranches and mountains....
As we approach the RV Park....a cherry farm. This is the season for cherries.
Back at the RV Park, walking Charlie....
