Last Day at Holt's Shell RV Park-Gila Bend, AZ

We ended the day by having a nice dinner then the girls played cards and the guys watched movies. Tomorrow we will leave to go to Ajo, AZ. Most of the folks will get their insurance to cross into Mexico. We already have ours. We will enter Mexico and head to Playa Bonita at Puerto Penasco in the state of Sonora, MX on the 28th. We will be there until the 4th of Feb. I am hoping that I can update my blog while there but may not be able to. We will see.
Sue delivered our sign. She offered to make us one a few weeks ago and we were not expecting it yet. She is a great artist. Good Job, Sue! Thank you!

The ladies took a drive into Gila Bend which is 3 miles away. One of the shops we visited had some really nice metal art. These are swinging peacocks.
They had a gazebo where they serve clients their cactus burgers. We did not try them but this is a specialty here.
The Mariachis.....and palm tree.
The serpent.....and a yellow flower.
The stallions and and red flowers.
The roosters.....
The roosters and the bull....
The World Famous Cactus Burger shop is a great place to visit.
We started the day by having breakfast in our RV. Manuel wanted to cook for everyone, so he did and I assisted. It was really good.

Manuel is busy cooking and I am taking pictures. I did help him, though. He made Migas, chorizo & beans, and a homemade salsa. Great job, Manuel! Thank you.
