This morning, we had breakfast and then we headed out to downtown Victoria. We walked the downtown streets and then walked the historic district.
This gazebo is found on the downtown plaza in the center of town. This is a very nice park.
This monument commemorates all of the soldiers who have served the US Forces.
Beautiful area to just sit and relax.
This is the Rose Bud Restaurant. One of the oldest restaurants in Victoria.

The Santa Rosa Oaks area has old homes that have been restored. They are very nice and have a lot of detail.
All of the homes pictured are presently private homes.
This old building used to be a lumber yard. It stands amidst the neighborhood.
There is a lot of detail to these houses.
Some are very colorful.

Work has started on this old house. A lot of work and money are invested in these restorations.
Then we moved to the mansion area. A yardman is working this house.
Check out the greenery artwork. Isn't that awesome?!!
It was a breathtaking walk through this area. Just beautiful homes!

This used to be a funeral home up until a few years. It is now business offices.
