We Left Corpus Christi Today

We left Corpus at about noon today.  We had a great stay here and plan to come back sometime in the Summer.  Larissa and Arianna sure had a great time.  The look tired right now though.

 

The Naval Base is a great place to stay.   They have added more RV spaces.

The golfers are out as we leave.

We are headed toward the CC Causeway.

As we go over the bridge, we see the USS Lexington and what I think is the Aquarium.  Nice view.

We stayed at this park a few times.   It is really close to the water.

The road to Portland….

After the short drive, we arrive in Rockport at the Lagoons RV Resort….

They have long long rows of RV spots.

As Manuel goes in to register, I take pictures…..

And off he goes with the manager to find us a good spot……

They find a good spot for us….we are almost across the pool.

We head to the snack bar for something to eat….

We are back at the RV and waiting for Grandpa to open the door.  

Manuel bought this twirly wind.  A lady makes them here at the park.   The girls head out in the bikes.

Snacking again.   They are eating pears…..

They sort out the shells they got at Padre Island….

Manuel makes adjustments on Arianna’s bike.  Norma gave her the Schwin bike.  Arianna is a very good helper!

Lari tries to decide which shells she will give Arianna.

We had another great day with Larissa and Arianna.   We will see what tomorrow brings….
