I caught Veronica just as she arrived with Lari. Arianna fell asleep just as they were leaving so she did not bring her. Tonight, Veronica was one of 12 San Antonio Business Women awarded for their outstanding contribution to the City of San Antonio. It was a beautiful presentation of each one of these women.
La Prensa is San Antonio’s oldest Bilingual Newspaper. This event awarded Women of all races. The Foundation raises funds for Education and Scholarships.
The OMNI Hotel banquet hall looked beautiful. This picture is kind of blurry.
Veronica received the Corporate Award from Mr. Duran, one of the Founders. Ms. Duran, his daughter, steps in since Mrs. Duran is ill. They all work very hard to salute the Outstanding Women of San Antonio in Action. Veronica is President & CEO of Absolutely Delicious Catering and The Old San Francisco Steakhouse. They had a wonderful video of each award winner which detailed their struggles to become the Professionals that they are today.
Veronica is very active in the community and is also the 1st Vice President of the National Association of Caterers Executives. We are very proud of all her accomplishments. We are also so thankful to her for the two wonderful granddaughters she has given us. Thank you, Veronica.
Nidia, is Veronica’s oldest sister. She is also one of her staff members.
We all enjoyed the wonderful dinner. Lari was so excited when they showed Veronica’s video. The Videographer did a great job interviewing Veronica and catching all the details.
This was a very special evening for us. We have watched Veronica’s fast paced business grow rapidly. She is such a hard worker. We are very proud of her.
