We had a lot of rain yesterday so this morning, Manuel got up on the roof to remove some of the water gathered on the slide awnings.
Went to the Park Visitors Center where they have some beautiful aquariums.
Took pictures from the back porch of the visitors center.
It is a nice clear day out. Many people are out enjoying the day...
A lot of fishing going on here.... The Petit Jean Mountain which we will visit today.
There is a fishing tournament also going on.
Just taking pictures around the park. In the far distance, you can see The Srutka Phaeton....
zoomed picture of their campsite. They seem to be out enjoying the morning.
Just gorgeous area....
The beach area.
We stop by and Bob is working on something.
The squirrels are so friendly. They get really close to you....She is munching on something.
We stopped at the cemetery where Bob's parents are buried....
We will head up the mountain to Petit Jean State Park. After we did our touring of Petit Jean State Park, we drove by more of Bob's Grandparents' property. This street was named after his Grandmother. Her maiden name was Barborek. Here is BARBOREK LANE. All the cross streets off Marina Rd were named after the property owners. Nice tribute.
We have had a great time here in Russellville, Arkansas.
