Thursday was easy going. We visited some shops in the area. I forgot my camera so there are no pictures.
Early afternoon, Lee Helstrom arranged for a shuttle to come pick us up at the park. 12 couples rode the shuttle. It was fun!
The people on the bus go up and down, up and down, all through the land......remember that?
The driver took us over to Table Rock Dam and Fish Hatchery....he says he has only seen the water rise about 4 times.
The Fish Hatchery...
The water is out of its banks.... We have now arrived at the park.
The Branson Belle.
The Lone Star Allegro group picture as we exit the shuttle.
Manuel and a beautiful southern belle....
We had good seats for the dinner and show....
After dinner, the guys go out on deck...
The Chateau on The Lake....
Bob, Richard and Manuel on deck.
The performers were excellent. This girl sang beautiful and played the fiddle....
She played the fiddle as she did acrobats...
They played tribute to All American veterans. She is an Army Veteran herself. One of the guy performers performed while in Afghanistan.
Note that the tree trunks are all under water. This is about 12-15 feet.
A view of the dam as we ride back home.....
Once we got back to the campground, we gathered to play "Pass The Love" & LCR. Bill and Vicky came over to visit and Vicky played with us. Had a great time!
