The guys got up early again and begin parking more RVs. This morning is the last volunteering day. The Rally Opening Ceremony is at 2 pm.
It is cold out but they are enjoying what they are doing.
Isn’t this a nice looking rig? Ed, it reminded us of your rig. He is a Pressure Pro vendor. I went out and just took pictures of the area…..many are just setting up but the sky sure looks grey….hope it does not rain for the vendors sake.
The two ladies sell name plates of any kind….We saw them at Quartzsite.
Nice artwork. All of the buildings have murals on them. I posted a few last time but here are a few more…
The water is real….nice pond.
This is not a mural….nice scene at the entrance to the grounds.
This is inside of the Cantina….it is nestled between two buildings.
The sky looks mean but the flags look beautiful. There are probably many Veterans here and a salute and thanks to them all.
There are some converted commercial buses…this one is Nick Russell’s.
Even though we have a Mercedes Engine, I like this plate…plus My Brother, Jesse Aleman, works for Holt CAT….
I walk the whole campground taking pictures and the guys wait patiently for more RVs to drive up.
We had a windshield chip repaired today. The guy did a good job.
Manuel looks on as the guy repairs the windshield.
We found this old trailer/truck converted into an RV. Neat looking.
It says White on the front but I do not know what make or model truck it is.
After the afternoon events, Sue, Mark, Manuel and I took some line dancing lessons. It was fun.
Sue and Mark.
More to come…..
