Monday was a lay back and wait day for us here at Red Bay. We went to have lunch with The Didelots and Srutkas. Lorraine was not feeling well so she and Chuck stayed in.... After lunch, JoAnn, Sue and I drove to Golden & Belmont to visit some shops... Manuel and Mark went to the Tool Mart in Belmont. All in all, we had a good day. The hardest decision made today was "what are we having for lunch/dinner!!
Today, Tuesday, Manuel and I went to check on the air tank Bay Diesel ordered for us. Chris/Valerie Marrow said the part has been shipped so it may take a couple of days for them to get it. They will call us as soon as it is in.
Then we went to Custom RV Inc. in Vina to check with Brannon, as he had told me last week to check with him today. Last week, he told me that he was booked until June but that he would try to work us in. He had three RVs ahead of us today so we went on back to the Allegro Campground.
At 2:30 he called us to take the RV so he could install the bedroom ceiling fan. Within one hour, he and his helper were done. I am happy and Lari & Arianna will be happy to have a fan now. They usually think it is hot back there, even with the A/C on.
Brannon's father-in-law prepares the area for the installation. He is very neat and covers the bed, closet and floor with blankets. You can tell these two work very well together.
Since Brannon is very busy taking care of the office work, customers, etc. he comes in just to install the fan. He is very quick and does a very good job.
The father in law stands by just in case Brannon needs his help....
Note how he covered everything in the closed so there is no mess when he is done. Brannon is trying to finish the job but is also taking care of his phone calls.
The fan goes up and finishing touches are done.
All done, all clean and we are set to go home....to the Allegro Campground. These two guys get the Mr. Clean Award from me, as they do not leave anything to clean up. They are very efficient in what they do. We highly recommend them.
Today, Wednesday, they replaced the last window we were waiting on. We will see if Bay Diesel calls about the air tank. After that is done, we will be ready to hit the road again.
We will see what tomorrow brings.....until then!
