After Fort Pickens visit, we went back to Pensacola Beach, which we had passed by on our way.
Looks like you are driving thru snow....the sand is so white and beautiful.
Gorgeous beach...
JoAnn and I head for the water and Bob watches....
Manuel takes pictures.....dream on, guys! Is this what Bob is looking at??!!
Meanwhile we enjoy the waves....
A lot of fishing going on here.
The beaches here are so clean...
These two little boys are looking for jelly fish. They hook them on to a stick and carry them to bury them in the sand....
These are huge jelly fish....
We head back to the car....
More pictures in route to Pensacola....
This Cross commemorates the First Mass held in the area.
By this time, we are all hungry so we head to McGuire's Irish Pub for dinner.
This old telephone booth is now an ATM booth.
$$$$ bills hanging from the ceiling throughout the restaurant....
money and more money....
Half a Million and still counting! Wow! Manuel says if he were the owner, he would have taken some off the ceiling and have it filled again.
They patiently wait outside while I take pictures.
We had a great day today. We got to see quite a bit of the area. We will see what tomorrow brings.
