We drove about 35 miles today to Steve and Sandy Allgire's home on Lake Tyee. This is a beautiful area with mountains all around and lakes near by.
We got all set up and just visit for a while.
This is the Allgire's place....surrounded by beautiful trees.
They later take us for a ride to view Mt. Baker....there is still a lot of snow on it.
The Allgire's neighbors, Janet and Andrea, are out swimming. The water is super cold to me but they say it is just fine......We had a sunny day out but there are some rain clouds in the area.
The tip of Mt. Baker can not be fully seen because of the low clouds....
Baker Lake is so beautiful and so close to their house.
