We took off from Boardman, OR at noon since we knew we would only drive about 2.5 hours on I 82W. The drive was very scenic.... We drove along the Yakima River.
This is the Sunnyside Dam....
This is an old mine.
There is vineyard after vineyard....
Downhill in to town...
Everything is so green....they irrigate a lot.
The Rattlesnake Hills..... These are mountains to me!
Beautiful scenery.....
Vineyard patchwork....
The Ahtanum Ridge Mountains along the Yakima River.
There have been fires here....

There is an awful fire....
This Harley Girl enjoys her drive in to Ellensburg, WA.
A panoramic view of Ellensburg....
We have arrived in Ellensburg, WA. The snow topped mountains are so beautiful!
We arrive at the Days Inn E&J Resort and RV Park. It is not a resort but it is nice.
There is a Flying J in view.
We set up the coach and went to have a late lunch. We spotted this beautiful Ford Crestline. We were not sure if it is a 53 or 54. I am sure someone will know.
This steakhouse is "Home Of The World Famous Peanut Bar".
I did my laundry and settled in early. Tomorrow we will check out the town....
