We only traveled about 90 miles today. It was a very nice drive, cool out and the scenery was awesome. It was a little nerve wrecking for me as we had all these mountains to climb and then roll downhill.....ay ay ay!
This was a beautiful horse farm.
We are getting closer to that snow-topped mountain.
Stampede Pass was mostly downhill.....
Kachess Lake on Wenatchee National Forest.
Kachess Lake was just beautiful.
Man,this tunnel looked too low, but it wasn't!
Again, the Kachess Lake was beautiful and we followed it for a good while.
This is a ski resort area.....
Snoqualmie Mountain Pass was beautiful but again mostly downhill...
We stopped at Ken's Restaurant to have lunch and disconnected there since we were only a few miles from Blue Sky RV Park. The weather is so nice and cool. It was about 77 at noon.
This is at the restaurant parking lot. This is our spot at the Blue Sky RV Park in Issaquah, WA.
We are at the edge of a mountain, all the spaces are on a down/up hill. Very nice park.
After we settled in, I walked the park and took some pictures. They have a lot of wood carved art.
Arianna, this is the duck....Quack! Quack!
The three following are all on the same tree trunk.....Artist is very talented.
A black bear....so neat!
They have a man-made pond...
with Gold Fish. Oh, wish Lari and Arianna were here! They love to fish.
more of the pond..... Colorful flowers!
Snapshots from the street above us.
No, I am not on the roof, just the street above us. Can see the mountains?
A huge tree trunk...
We had a great day today. Tomorrow we will check out the surrounding areas.....
