We took the Underground Tour yesterday and my intention was to post last night but I was very tired and it was 2 am so I shut my computer down and went to bed.
We are so happy to have Corina here with us.....we are having a great time with her and she is really enjoying Seattle.
The rebuilt bar underground.....
We all head down 12 feet under the street level of today....
There is so much history here in Seattle. There was so much going on her at the time....
These are the skylights that were placed on street level when the city was rebuilt in the 1890's. You can still see them from underground....
This is what they look like from the street level.
Many have been covered with cement...
The Smith Building...owner of the Smith-Corona Typewriters.... And the Alleys as we came from underground.
The old bathroom...
The old tin bathtub....
Tools left behind when they shut down buildings after the tides came in and wiped the city out....
