The Union Station was built in 1884. It stayed active until 1984 when it became The Tacoma Courthouse.
The Glass Art, by Dale Chihuly is displayed in the Rotunda of the Courthouse.
The Statue marks the "New Beginnings" of the Courthouse on 100th anniversary.

This bridge is right over Interstate 705, kind of scary to walk the bridge but I am glad we did.
We are back on solid ground and Manuel sets the timer on the camera.
I took the following picture yesterday...a different looking woodpecker....he has red on his head. Is it a woodpecker?!
Manuel and I had a wonderful day on his Birthday. We have a lot to be thankful for. God is So Good to Us.
