David Wills House

We toured the David Wills House, who was the man assigned to develop the National Military Cemetery to bury all the soldiers who died during the Civil War.

Presidents were not known to attend events like these but Lincoln did attend.  He spent the night at the Wills' House. This is a replica of the bedroom as it looked then.
