We visited The Netherland's Tavern and Civil War Museum which was rebuilt and furnished by Russell B. Anderson.
This was an awesome outdoor museum......hope you enjoy this as much as we did.
This tractor is huge...note the size and tracks on the tires. A real work horse!
The tavern as it looked in the 1700s.
A sleigh wagon...never seen one of these before.
All kinds of wagons....
I think this was like a limo wagon or hearse....
Note the water buckets hanging on the fire wagon...
These seem to be circus wagons....
Maybe this was the hearse wagon....
Tools of all kinds found here.
The His and Hers outhouses which put to use on this trip....
This wagon had gears and what looked like cutters on the back....very different.
The ice wagon....
The whiskey wagon...
Manuel on the phone with little Manuel. He sure enjoyed this museum display!
This is the gateway to Russell B. Anderson's home, the gentleman who rebuilt the tavern and furnished it as it was in the 1700s.
His home is right next to the museum....just beautiful. Tomorrow we will head up to Pennsylvania.
