We started the day at the Visitors Center. There we watched a movie, the Cyclorama Theatre and then visited the museum.

It is a beautiful day out....
Manuel is inside the museum and takes a picture of us sitting outside on a bench. Autumn is in the air here.
We sit by Abraham Lincoln who is right outside the center.

Here is a little about the Cyclorama. I had never seen a movie in one of these. This was a circular theatre. So neat.

Then on to the museum within the complex.....a look at what the pay used to be back then.
Then on to lunch at the complex....
I had relish with my hotdog.....went to pour the relish and it all came out of the bottle....

The area is beginning to look so beautiful.
Abraham Lincoln and The Gettysburg Address...We remember having to memorize this in high school.
Back outside and heading out to the driving tour of the Gettysburg Battlefield.
This was a wonderful historical tour at the Visitors Center. More to come.
