Eureka, CA - Historic District

On the way back to the Coach in Arcata, we stopped to see a little of Eureka which is known at the Victorian Seaport.  It was established in 1850 as the shipping center for gold mines. It remains to be one of the most prestigious and elegant towns to live.  It also has one of the finest and largest collections of Victorian homes in the world.  It is a beautiful place to visit.
