Avenue of the Giants-Ancient Redwoods

Today we took a road trip to tour the Redwood Forest - Avenue of the Giants-Ancient Redwoods...

Scenic pictures along the 40 mile drive on Hwy 101/Redwood Hwy, which is under construction again.

This is one of those oil tanks used for oil storage....neat!

Nice mural.

There are a lot of farms in Northern California....

There are also several Redwood Companies.

We have arrived at the Humboldt Redwoods State Park - The Avenue of the Giants - Ancient Redwoods.

We just started our tour and we are amazed with these huge trees.....

So much wood art.....beautiful.

Then we enter the Eternal Tree House which has a 20' room inside....so awesome.

It even has several windows.

These guys look too sad, maybe they are even mad!

Same tree...I was trying to get the length but it is way too long to capture.
